Kate gave clear instructions with specific anatomical references that helped me get into the right position and she helped me when I wasn't quite on target. They have wooden chips to indicate if you're good with hands on correction. Cool space. Great tunes. She lit palo santo near the end.

A quite sauna and a social sauna (genius). Private bathrooms or enclosed changing areas depending on preference. Staff was awesome and the location/vibe/ambience was perfect. Love love loved!
