But the main part is the barre, using a ball and resistance bands. SO GOOD. Full body. Balance. And lots of core. I t’s a bit far for me, but will be back for this class for sure!

This time the words that were on the playlist were distracting,and I couldn't hear what she was saying I prefer no words, but that's just me. I love her flows and I love how she starts the class off to help us get focused on decompressing.

The use of little hard balls to relieve tension, through self-administered massage, in our muscles was particularly very beneficial as she had us use them on our shoulders, gluts, hamstrings and knees. I will make sure I will return to her Gentle Yoga class.

I loved how she incorporated the yoga strap throughout the entire flow, using it in creative ways to deepen stretches, improve alignment, and challenge us with different variations. She placed a strong emphasis on breath work and offered helpful adjustments to either intensify or modify each stretch. As someone who enjoys binds, I especially appreciated how many were incorporated into the class. It was a challenging and rewarding workout, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Just be prepared, this class gets very hot!

I also love how easy it is to scale the difficulty of the class, making it approachable for all. Excellent pace of class plenty of time to engage and feel the connection into the body. I like the studio atmosphere too and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I’m a bit too far to be a regular here but I definitely recommend !

The instructor, Nathalie, was clear, easy to follow, and created a workout that was both challenging and incredibly gratifying. I left feeling strong, accomplished, and already craving my next class. I’ll definitely be back. One piece of feedback: yoga and the CorePower community are built around positive, welcoming energy. Unfortunately, one of the front desk staff members, who also participated in the class, gave off the opposite impression. She corrected me about my shoes in a way that felt unnecessarily unkind, didn’t participate when the class paused for high-fives and encouragement, and seemed to scowl throughout the class and afterward at the front desk. Everyone has off days, but it stood out because it contrasted so sharply with the supportive atmosphere the instructor created. Overall, the class itself was outstanding, and that’s what I’ll be coming back for.

I dont recommend sitting in the front half of the room because when the doors are opened to let cool air in it doesn't reach you (or at least work up to it rather than on your first try).
