She has built a sense of community around her HotFiit classes. Do I necessarily remember every move we did in class? Nope. But I remember that Lori made me feel strong, capable and balanced. I continue to sing praises for Hot Yoga University and send everyone I know here because of how welcoming every person who works at the studio is! 10/10 all around.

Gordon included meaningful sentiments throughout the practice as reminders about how yoga and breath can come off the mat with us. Cueing was so helpful. Felt great after!

Also, get there even earlier cuz parking is insane. But really awesome flow though! I was able to do a pose today that I’ve never done before so I was super stoked on that!

Afterwards, I partnered it with a Nidra/sound class and the combo was pure magic. I was so relaxed in the second class, I accidentally fell asleep and woke up as people were packing up 😅.

I immediately could feel the peaceful positive energy she was exuding. She was gentle and patient and helped us with every pose and form. She went above and beyond to help me learn how to relax and also loosen my jaw to relieve tension. Not only was she knowledgeable in what was going on with my body, she added stories and humor during the class. It was wonderful. I will definitely continue to go to her classes. Thank you to Lara!

You can tell Nicole really cares about the people in her class, and so much of the practice was about feeling the effects of the work you are doing in the moment and afterwards. Doing stretches and feeling the space that opened, doing strength poses and feeling the strength that you build. I’d never been to this class or met the people in it before but the whole experience felt like a hug from a loved one
