Cassie is hands down the best instructor at flow. She puts a ton of thought into her playlists (FIRE music taste), she’s super encouraging, and her classes are the perfect mix of challenging and fun. The time flies by because no two classes are the same and each sequence blends well into the next. I’ve noticed a a lot more muscle tone since I’ve started taking her classes and I always leave in a better mood than when I got there. I hope to see her on the schedule more for Fremont in the future!!

Omg!!! This was the most fun class ever! I’m not a dancer at all— or I just don’t dance and I thought this one I can try it seems fun and interesting and it sure was!!!! The instructor is so fun! The music is fun! How can you not have fun! I was probably not doing the moves correct half the time but who cares! I was having fun and didn’t feel like it would so wrong to mess up the choreography. Plus the other students were also so fun and nice!!!

The studio location / entrance isn't on the main street. The entrance is on the alley side and on the second floor. The space is very clean (no shoes inside), spacious, and well decorated. Rachel's class was the best vinyasa flow I've had in a long time. Her verbal cues were great, really telling you where to squeeze, where to push, and body awareness responses. The pacing was also superb, it wasn't so fast that I felt like my breath and movement couldn't sync up naturally. Overall I loved it and plan to be back!

So much stinking fun! The studio/community center isn’t ideal, and this class would be a lot more comfy if it was in an independent dance studio, but for what it is, this class is totally worth it. The energy level is incredible and the community of all of the dancers is warm. The dance is fun and the music is even better. I wish I could take this class every day.

Tricia is such am amazing instructor!!! She is extremely kind, approachable, and knowledgeable and has several decades of experience in twerking. She showed me several different twerking techniques and explained some of the history behind twerking… I had no idea that twerking originated in New Orleans… where she is from:) I felt very comfortable and welcome in her class and as soon as I got back to my car, I booked another class with her for this Saturday. She teaches at two different locations: Seattle and Bellevue. I haven’t been to the Seattle location yet, but if you go to the Bellevue location, it is in the same building as Bright Horizons and the Soups and Empanadas restaurant. If you get lost, make sure to try to find the Soups and Empanadas restaurant door and from there you will be able to find the studio location or you can ask the friendly staff and they will be able to tell you.
