Great class! Challenging, but in the best way. Coaches were helpful and motivating. Parking was stressful though, I’d recommend against attempting to park the lot behind the studio… there are ~10 spots on a 1-way alleyway to the back lot. Try the street just past the studio (8th Ave ne), where there are lots of street parking.

If you’re looking for a vinyasa class with flow sequences in the traditional sense, this isn’t the class to take. That being said, this was a great class - it felt more like a yoga workshop. Elizabeth is super knowledgeable and goes into depth and the “why” of fundamentals we often overlook. I learned about concepts and terms for the first time, even after years of practicing yoga in countless studios with different teachers. I was skeptical when class first started because it’s very dialogue driven, but by the end I was sweating and shaking just as much as I have in any other class - I worked hard! You’ll definitely benefit from what you learn in this class and can use the takeaways when you do go back to a vinyasa (or other) yoga class.
