    The trainer Nadia is very attentive to our posture and explain clearly on the muscles which we were supposed to focus on and how the workout should be done properly. I had a good whole body workout. 👍

    How i wish the piloxing class could be a permanent class at 1Fiesta! it is a good mix of cardio and strengthening. Stella checked on our posture and corrected us. She was attentive and offered options. This was a comfort to beginners like me. She was encouraging, giving you a little push and yet not causing stress. Awesome!

    Circuit Training

    First time doing circuit training. Feel the intensity on the thighs. The trainer was asking if i could do an intense or at your own comfort zone. Obviously at my own comfort zone! This training will concentrate on 1-1. And its a female environment! Yey!

    Gym Time

    Was actually there for gym time but was given circuit training - which I didn't mind at all since it was my first time there. Equipment were pretty easy to grasp with trainer's instructions. The ongoing video playing helped time 45 secs of reps. Equipment are a little worn with signs of wear and tear, but everything is clean, and staff were friendly and helpful.
