Studio also has washrooms and shower areas for washing up, but they are a little dim in my opinion. Other than that, a good exposure to boxing for those who are new!

Coach encouraged us to keep going and use good form. My heart rate averaged 130bpm for 60+ mins, so I think that tells you how intense the workout can be.
