alle beoordelingen weergevenAndrea was a fantastic teacher. He would sometimes speak in Italian which was lovely. It was more of power yoga/vinyasa but mostly vinyasa. He did some unique adaptations of exercises that I’ve never done before (like dancer pose with a strap). Loved it. He actually demonstrates the poses which I appreciate because it’s sometimes harder to know what instructors mean when they only verbally instruct. Will hopefully be back.

alle beoordelingen weergevenMaise taught a great class. Was challenging, but not torture with is my sweet spot. Abs are sore the next day which I appreciate. Very upbeat, explained instructions clearly and provided corrections when need. The space is a beautiful. I did get a little lost with my gps so just recommend making sure you have plenty of time to find it. Also, Elizabeth the receptionist was really sweet and showed me around the studio before class.

The intermediate class is the perfect level of challenging for those with experience! The environment is more laid back which is a great change and everyone in class is super friendly. I leave here feeling great after every class
