I brought another friend in today and she was so empathetic, caring and patient with her that my friend is hooked! I really appreciate you having these kind of instructors work for your facility! It definitely shows how much she cares!

From the kindness of the staff, to the intentionality behind it (down to the clean restrooms & lockers w phone chargers - like 11/10) you can tell so much care is put into the space. Loved this sculpt class too, it was short(er) but I got a hell of a workout in that period of time. Definitely looking forward to coming back again! 💪❤️

alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat class, I really enjoyed the condensed version of other longer bikram classes I have gone to. This is the perfect workout if you have just 1 hour. The instructor was very thorough and the cold towels at the end are such a treat - I felt like I was fully able to absorb, surrender, and relax in this class. Highly recommend! I also like that it wasn’t too hot - some other classes I have been to are heated to 115.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI loved it! Lauren was so nice and helpful and did a great job explaining every move and making me feel comfortable as a first timer. I had been holding out to try and get into an intro class but I’m glad I just went for the signature one, I thought it was definitely do able with the modifications Lauren suggested.
