The gin was just a little too yin for me and I wish the class had incorporated more stretches but I also really appreciated that we held postures for such a long time and really got to sink into things. Get there early! This class fills up.

alle beoordelingen weergevenWow! Fantastic class! Sue is a great instructor, and so welcoming as a first timer! She offered many tips and form instructions throughout the class environment. I come from a strong background of dance as a retired ballerina, this class was a perfect blend of barre and isomatic workouts which I love! I love how the class is focused on breathe work and intentional movements. Will absolutely be back for this class and very eager to come for barre and booty care.
