One small advice: It gets really hot in the room quickly and the workout is tough. Maybe 1-2 fans in the corner would be great, as the air was quite bad quickly in the room. I was sweating in the warm up already. But again, the class was amazing 😍

And it's really not about performance, it's about how you feel. She even says that you can look around for inspiration, but you should not compare yourself. Feel Good Vinyasa lives up to its name, and it's one of my favorite classes to take in Berlin. 100% recommend. 🧡

I didn't fall asleep but it's basically show up,lay down and listen.and somehow eben my body felt better afterwards not only my mind? I don't have a lot of experience with sound baths (yet?), and I can imagine some people might feel nothing or I dunno don't like it, but I really really liked this class and the others around me said similar things as far as I heard.

Instruktøren var virkelig dygtig og gav en balance imellem guidance og frirum for justeringer efter eget behov. Dejligt, at der var variation iblandt deltagende, der gav en følelse af, at alle er velkommen. Også dejligt, at man kunne låne alt udstyr og hjælpsomme mennesker omkring, når man er ny til stedet!
