The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They also gave me a tour of all the other services they offer like cryo, light therapy, float room, etc. It was very clean and had a relaxing vibe. Definitely will come back!

Well worth getting up for her 6:00am session as she fosters a welcoming and inclusive community and brings about a sense of peace that is unparalleled in contrast therapy. I always leave her space feeling centered, connected to my body, full of energy and with peace in my soul. You can tell she is a somatic breathwork facilitator, as her intentionality with words and flow truly brings you back to yourself. Highly recommend checking out her sessions.

Truly the most relaxed I’ve ever been and Mia really added such a wow factor to the experience with her expertise, friendliness, and warmth! The Grove is a stunning facility, the service was amazing, and I was already thinking about who I can refer to come here before I walked out the door. I would love to scream from the rooftops about how amazing this place is, and I’ll definitely be back with friends, family, and even my husband :) Also, not sure if you’ve ever been told you have a perfect scalp, but now I have and it was a compliment I didn’t know I needed!!

I tried the red light therapy which has the added amazing benefit of lying on a PEMF mat and that evening I slept so well and the next day I had an incredible amount of energy and excitement for life. I felt great for at least another two days, which brings me to today so I'm not sure how long the benefits last. (I used program number three). I also tried the cryotherapy, (today) which is so cool! It is way way way better than cold plunging. And they also have a bunch of other fun stuff including a therapy that I did not try, but after 20 minutes of just lying there you basically get a 3 to 4 hour strength workout, WOW! so many super cool things here.
