We also had an assistant for this class and at the beginning they asked if folks were ok with being touched / have their posture adjusted. I liked the flow of the class and Gena would offer modifications for certain poses so I did what was comfortable for my body. They provide blocks and blankets. You have to bring your own mat (maybe there’s one to rent but I didn’t check) and I’d recommend bringing a towel cause my mat was getting slippery from sweat. The room is heated to about 80-85 degrees which didn’t feel too hot but does get your warm for the practice and during as well.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI loved my experience at the mind garden! Their classes are small but intimate and really made me feel connected to their community. Everyone was so welcoming and the mat pilates was nice. It was intermediate and pretty easy but a great experience!

JR (instructor) has great energy and explains everything clearly. Overall, Groove Pointe is such a fantastic way to unwind and just have some fun!
