I shared with her that I am 3 weeks post partum and have been breast feeding our baby therefore I have been having lower back issues as of lately due to bad posture from late night feedings.. also I wanted to just relax. She felt all my areas of tension especially within the upper and lower back. She is very skilled and knows how to read my body’s specific needs. I love the use of essential oils which she incorporated. She also used warm towels to wipe off the lotion for certain areas. I will definitely be back!

I booked a sports massage hoping for a lil variety, but it was lacking the depth I craved so once I spoke up, she altered the intensity and the rest of the massage was great. I’m in the field, so I can communicate exactly what I want/understand what I need, but also means I can find some experiences disparaging if they don’t hit the mark. I think Dee has a good working knowledge of massage, she genuinely wanted me to have a good experience. I would recommend her as a therapist. I felt very good the next day after the bodywork!
