She finished it off with a sound bath and I was completely relaxed by the end of it. I typically practice hot yoga that is focused a lot of athleticism and it was lovely to practice today in a way that felt more connected to the truth of asana. The teacher was knowledgeable and provided good verbal cues and adjustments as well as hands on. Will definitely return when I'm in town again.

The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They also gave me a tour of all the other services they offer like cryo, light therapy, float room, etc. It was very clean and had a relaxing vibe. It was my first time taking a Barbell class, so I was a little nervous, but everyone was so welcoming and supportive from the moment I walked in. The instructor created a friendly atmosphere and explained everything clearly, and the other participants were kind and encouraging as well. Thanks to them, I felt comfortable and was able to fully enjoy the class. I highly recommend this class to anyone, especially if it's your first time trying Barbell!

As someone who has a fear of getting stuck in the vessel, and is new at cryo, this made me feel safe and I could stay in longer bc I knew someone was there. It might seem a bit “extra” to some that can’t relate but I wrote this for my fellow people out there who want to try it but may be hesitant. Great staff, great facility!
