see all reviewsI’ve grown to really love Pure Barre, the core classwork in Classic feels much more low impact than other pilates-based classes and yet you get a challenging, full-body workout every time. I also appreciate that the class starts off with some cardio and folds in stretching between muscle groups. Karin is my absolute fave!! She has an amazing, warm energy and is the best instructor you could ask for if you have an early class. She is very observant and therefore good about giving encouragement or corrections, when needed. She definitely brings out your best without making you feel overwhelmed. When not giving hands on correction, she is ALWAYS doing the full workout with the class. This is not only helpful for following along but is great for mental motivation because you know your instructor is right there next to you putting in 110% effort.
