I will say the full body class was very fast paced for a beginner, but I was able to keep up. Music was very loud which made it hard to hear, but at least the music was good!

see all reviewsI was nervous and almost skipped my first class but i’m glad I didn’t ! It was hard at first but I pushed myself and did it and I feel SO GOOD after! I go to the gym often but I avoid core exercises… so I took this class to force myself to work out my core and I definitely feel the burn after. And the price of signing up for Solidcore was off putting at first, so thanks to class pass for allowing me to try this using a free trial. I am now going to pay for the monthly membership, this was so worth it.

The class was great though. The only thing I didn’t love was the space itself. There was only a room divider between our class and the weights station so it didn’t feel very private. I don’t think I would go back because of the space itself but Vivian was great!
