Maatregelen voor sociale afstand
We have staggered all of our clinician schedules to limit multiple patients arriving at once. We ask that all patients arrive no more than 5 minutes in advance of their scheduled start time to limit crowding in our waiting room. If you are any earlier, you may be asked to wait outside.
Extra desinfectie
All equipment, surfaces, and door handles will be sanitized between each use. All massage tables now also have an added layer of vinyl cover between the table and the sheet which is sanitized between each client.
Contactloos inchecken
All new patients must complete their medical histories and liability release paperwork BEFORE scheduling or your session will be canceled. We are not allowing any paperwork to be completed on site. Link to our fillable medical history here: http://althealnet.org/AltHealNet_Intake_Online.pdf
Beperkte toegang tot voorzieningen
We ask that all clients please use the restroom before arrival to limit the need for sanitation between each client. If you absolutely need to use our restroom facility, please let the desk administrator know so we can be sure to clean it after each use.
