We keep the doors open for fresh air and sufficient circulation during and after our workouts.
Extra desinfectie
All athletes will have their own individual cleaning equipment. Once the equipment has been stored again, the athlete leaves the workout area and the next athletes are called by the coach.Please stay at home if you feel unwell and wash your hands regularly before and after a workout.
Beperkte capaciteit
We have a maximum of 12 people per class.
