In order to avoid overcrowding, please keep dwell time in studio to a maximum of 20 minutes before and after class.

Maximum size is 13 mats. Students will not be admitted into the class if they are late and no replacement class will be given.

Students with any respiratory symptoms (cough, runny nose, shortness of breath) should rest at home or seek medical assistance.
