This class is challenging but the saving grace is that Veronica is so adorable, and so so funny that you walked away absolutely high! I almost wish I weren’t leaving this review but how can I not share the 8th wonder of the world? That would be selfish. The studio itself, Kinship, is absolutely stunning. The high ceilings in the yoga room, the beautiful bricks, the teachers, the cold plunge, the sauna, the showers, the garden, the astounding staff, the myriad of amazing workshops, the generosity behind it all~ providing water, tea, etc (free of charge unlike many other studios). This is by far the best studio in Los Angeles (I was born here and have been to many).
