Please ensure you wear Pilates grip socks, if not they are available to purchase at the studio for £15. All equipment is cleaned down after each session and each reformer has its own station of small equipment that is not shared with others

PLEASE NOTE-We have some building works going on next door & as such we apologise but we are expecting some noise disruption in classes this week. We therefore ask for your patience however if you are particularly noise sensitive it may be worth skipping this week & joining us again next!
