Notwithstanding any language in any agreement or communication to the contrary, for venues located in the US and Canada the following definitions shall apply in relation to SmartSpot and First Class Free in the Partner Agreement:
“Peak” shall mean all classes or services scheduled to start on Monday to Friday from 6:00-9:59 AM or 5:00-6:59 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00-10:59 AM in the local time zone in which the relevant Partner venue(s) is/are located; and
“Off-Peak” shall mean all classes or services scheduled to start at any time other than Peak.
Notwithstanding any language in any agreement or communication to the contrary, for venues located outside of the US and Canda the following definitions shall apply in relation to SmartSpot and First Class Free in the Partner Agreement:
“Peak” shall mean all classes or services scheduled to start on Monday to Friday from 6:00-9:59 AM, 12:00-12:59 PM, or 5:00-7:59 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00-10:59 AM in the local time zone in which the relevant Partner venue(s) is/are located; and
“Off-Peak” shall mean all classes or services scheduled to start at any time other than Peak.
ClassPass reserves the right to update these Definitions at any time, without notice to Partner. Except as set forth in these Additional Definitions, the Partner Agreement is unaffected and shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with its terms, including the ClassPass terms and conditions, available at https://studios.classpass.com/help/us/terms.
