Reimbursement

  • Get reimbursed for past membership charges (as long as you had a valid LMN)

Direct payment

  • Check your eligibility
    Many HSA/FSA plans cover fitness memberships with a LMN. For detailed information on your specific coverage and eligibility requirements, contact your HSA/FSA provider.
  • Request a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN)
    Apply for a LMN in under 2 minutes with Truemed—a licensed, online healthcare provider. Make sure you are logged into ClassPass before clicking apply so we can link it to your account!
  • Track your status
    Once you request a LMN, you can check your approval status via email and in the ClassPass app.
  • Update your payment method
    Once approved, update your payment method to your HSA or FSA card under Billing Information here. Your monthly membership will be charged directly to this card moving forward. Please do not submit the LMN to ClassPass.

  • Request a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN)
    Apply for a LMN in under 2 minutes with Truemed—a licensed, online healthcare provider. You can track your approval status via Truemed and in the ClassPass app.
 
  • Collect your ClassPass receipts
    If approved, your HSA/FSA provider will need proof of payment to reimburse you. Download your ClassPass receipt by navigating to Recent Charges here—just be sure the receipt date is after your LMN approval date.
  • Submit documents to your HSA/FSA provider
    Upload your LMN and ClassPass receipt to your HSA/FSA provider’s portal or app. Please do not submit the LMN to ClassPass.
