We started and ended the practice with pranayama, which made the whole experience feel beautifully intentional and grounding. Her hands-on adjustments felt so empowering. I felt genuinely seen, supported, and held throughout the practice. Meli is incredibly patient, and her cues are so clear and thoughtful, making it easy to follow along and stay connected with my body. Such a beautiful, nourishing practice and the perfect way to start my morning!

The place is beautiful, it's like a mini Ubud but in Canggu. The atmosphere is serene, quiet, breezy, and surrounded with lush greenery.

The instructor had such a beautiful, grounding presence, gently guiding us back to ourselves through our breath and the feeling of our feet and hands connecting with the earth. Her alignment cues helped me feel supported and more connected to each pose, and the whole class flowed beautifully. There was so much care in the way she taught. I left feeling grounded, present, and deeply grateful. A beautiful soul and a wonderful teacher…I would wholeheartedly recommend her class.

The heat was comfortable that I could manage to flow throughout the class (was thinking okay so this isn’t as hot as in Jakarta! And then the sweat started to pouring 10 mins in haha) Towels are provided. Shower is clean.

What stood out most to me was how he gave individual attention to each of us and made sure we were doing every pose correctly. The relaxation at the end was beautiful, and I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI really enjoyed the Pilates Mat class at COMO Uma Canggu with Tracey. She has such a calm and soothing presence, which made the class feel very comfortable and relaxing. The timing of this class was perfect for me because I had already done two Pilates classes yesterday and woke up feeling sore in all the right places! Today’s class with Tracey felt more like a recovery and stretching-focused Pilates session, which was exactly what my body needed. I really appreciated the balance of gentle movement, stretching, and Pilates work. The class was pretty full, which speaks to how well-liked it is. Tracey remained calm and attentive throughout, creating a really pleasant atmosphere for everyone. The COMO Uma Canggu property itself is also amazing. While waiting for class, I had a chance to see some of the facilities, and everything looked beautiful and inviting. After seeing the property and experiencing the class, I might actually consider staying at COMO Uma Canggu in the future. Thank you, Tracey, for such a wonderful and restorative class!

So happy meet with the instructor named Chloe, she helped me a lot between the class & i just unlocked ekapada kondinyasana wow shockeddd🤣🤲🏻
