Gentle flow to get started at first but we were able to have a variety of challenging poses if we wanted. Also nice they offer mosquito spray since it’s outdoors and yummy tea at the end.

I particulary love going to Maximilien's classes. His kind, positive and calming energy just leaves you feeling soothed and energised after each class.

But I didn’t think of it as a bad thing, it was a nice flow. Mats could be cleaned a little better though but I appreciate the hands on adjustments a lot.
