She helps challenge you, demonstrates the moves, and is just an all around amazing instructor. I never feel lost and always feel like I’m getting an amazing workout!!

She’s one of the only instructors I’ve taken at Align that does this. It was a super hot and challenging class but she made it enjoyable!
