He guided us throughout the class, clearly indicating when and how much resistance to add using both, which made a big difference, especially since the knob only feels effective after full turns. Thanks to his energy and clear instructions, it was the first time I felt like I got a proper workout at The Platform. I’ve always used bikes with digital displays that show you exactly where you’re at, and instructors gave specific targets like 'Level 5' or '120 RPM'. In my opinion, that kind of guidance is much more motivating and challenging.

Parking was easy — lot in front of the small mall where the studios located. However, I went to an 11am week day class— I imagine parking may be tough in the evenings as the lot is not very big. The studio was a bit tricky to find on my first session — after you enter the mall, walk straight and turn left and take the lift to first floor. You should see a sign for the lift. Then you will see a sign for the studio after you exit the lift. Really lovely class and will come again!
