I liked that there are screens that show which exercises come next so I can prepare myself! The environment was welcoming and clean, plus the music was great!

The class was well structured and fun. There is no beginner class, but instructor tells us modifications to follow if we are beginners. Great experience!

I really enjoyed it, it was a new challenge! Cute studio with merchandise and grippy socks if you forgot yours!
