The staff and regular members are friendly, and the shower rooms are clean compared to other gyms i have been to. The music and atmosphere create the perfect environment to set your intentions for a great workout. I usually listen to my own music otherwise but i did not need it there.

The hour flew by and Jess was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, providing clear and effective instructions throughout the class. The atmosphere was motivating and welcoming, with a great group of people. The class pushed me harder than my usual solo workouts and you feel the sense of accomplishment at the end. The facility is clean and well-equipped, providing everything you need for a great workout. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to challenge themselves and have fun!
