Just enough effort and heat paired with settling stretches towards the end made for a perfectly balanced class. Absolutely loved it and her! She is so nice!

I’m not great at yoga, I’m not flexible or that coordinated but I’m trying to take better care of myself and do things for my mental and physical health. I have done many yoga classes in the past and feel most comfortable doing restorative yoga. I picked this class because it’s near me and it sounded somewhat my speed. From the moment I walked into the studio I felt welcomed. Everyone was really nice and I didn’t feel out of place (which is how I feel often when it comes to activities that take some balance or strength or skill.) Agnete was the instructor and I know I was going to enjoy her class as soon as it started. It was a great balance of challenging poses but at a relaxed pace I could keep up with. She also suggested adjustments for people who wanted a little more or a little less difficulty. Her instruction was very natural and I found I wasn’t having to constantly look around and make sure I was doing poses correctly. It was just what I didn’t know I needed. Great experience, no feelings of pretentiousness or exclusivity. Welcoming atmosphere. Loved the music and the ‘singing bowls’ and was pleased with the entire experience. Looking forward to going back.

We did a solid basic Vinyasa flow, and I appreciated that we focused more on breath and positions in the postures rather than doing a bunch of crazy transitions and fast flow. She ended class with ear seeds in savasana which was a super nice touch I’ve never seen in another class. Will definitely be coming back!
