I feel like she changes things up as the class goes and doesn’t always have a clear idea of what exact movements we will be doing from one to the next. I personally prefer a more seamless flow, but I can also appreciate that she’s trying to tailor the class to the people in that particular class. I also wish the studio would update! Some of the equipment and furniture here seem really dated.

We moved fast enough to get a good sweat going but not so fast that I felt like I was playing Simon Says or anything. Also, this was a heated class, but reasonable, thank God because sometimes these studios are hot enough to melt your soul like a stick of butter on Georgia asphalt. Let's be reasonable for Christ's sake we're already working up a sweat, no need to broil us into yogi jerky!

She ended up not taking it because of this. There were multiple empty reformers too. We’ve been going to bodyrok classes multiple times a week for years, but wanting 10+ credits is ridiculous. Both here and at bankers hill have always been around 7-8 credits, so this steep increase to 10+ credits is frustrating.
