She creates such a welcoming and supportive environment, taking the time to help each person feel comfortable and confident, no matter their level. I really appreciate how she intuitively guides the class based on what everyone needs that day. It makes every session feel personalized and meaningful. You can tell she genuinely cares about her students’ growth and experience. Highly recommend!

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe class was amazing! I was expecting more melting into the mat “restorative” and we started with a lot of standing poses and strength work, so be prepared for that if you come - but by the end of the class I felt very relaxed and well. Valerie was a great teacher.

Jill said that for some folks some emotions will come up and in my case I started crying, and it felt good to have some release.
